TODAY I ASKED ESPANANDA RE: BACK PAYMENTS PA CHECKS W/RECPTS. ESPANADA  STATES CANNOT DO THAT EVERYTHING PLACED ON A CARD - TOLD HIM AGAIN WHAT I ONLY ACCEPT. HE STATES NO HRA & CITY POLICY FOR THE PAST YEAR; CANNOT TAKE WHAT PAST APPLIED TO CARD TO CHECKS W/RECEPTS. HAD TO SPEAK WITH HIS SUP,

REFUSING  I STOPPED FILLING OUT DOC. AND TOLD HIM WHEN HE SPEAKS TO HIS SUP TO GET BACK TO ME. . .

THE ALLOWED ILLEGAL FINANCIAL HARASSMENT via MANOR-Unapproved by me of course-Check It Out- Yesterday after dinner 5:15 pm-Morgan says it had a Letter for me-i asked from where?-It goes HRA-+ it thought it was a Discontinuation Letter-Oh Really- But Wait Thurs. 5/9-After Dinner Morgan States Still Putting Money on a Card and Should Take It & Although Paper Work Sent in money still going  to card and Take It! Now really Babs. . .

 (2) Thurs. 4/18/13- i'm called to Front Desk- the same guy from before Jones says he had to do my Receritication and last ck would be stopped April 28, 2013-Excuse me? Told him the last time i got paid & reminded Jones what i told him in 2012 & Morgan April 12, 2013 Only accept PA Ck w/recpt. politely said thx-; 4:00pm Morgan calls me and stated it called Jones and tried to help me-i stated what i explained to Jones i only accept PA Ck w/Recpt - also stated Manor have rec'd its RENT.

Saturday-12/22/12-RIVERDALE MANOR-On Dec. 12 2012- i met with INVESTIGATION, REVENUE AND ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION Investigators Fowler and Ramos- i rec'd Notice of Compliance. i informed them i haven't rec'd PA Checks w/recpts. since MAY 24 (Dated May 22 2012); as told to Mr. Espinda(sic) in June + 2 other times &in November to Mr. Jones. i was assured by Investigator Ramos i'll rec. all monies due by Check w/recpt. by Christmas. . .

Thursday-11/8/12-RIVERDALE MANOR-11:20am-called to front desk- Man said he was from HR and i have to fill out papers to reopen case-i asked why? since i met with another for 3 times since July 3rd who stated it was their mistake and everything was okay/fine and its all good; so i met with lasted today informing i Have Not Rec'd PA CHECKS w/recpt. rhe last Dated May 22, 2012 -given May 24, 2012. . .so i filled out the papers(green + white documentation) signing all-i asked the feller 3 times will i recv. Check w/recpt. since that's the on;y way i take 'em reply yes after papers sent to agency...
i asked for Copies of All Papers Signed-He Refused Stating Had to Check w/sup.- So informed it was the Law-He said he'll check+ make sure i get a copy; i went to the office asking the manor's Pat since Morgan is out today-informing her i met with the guy and asked for a copy-manor's Pat asked what did he say?- oh Warner and their Nick was in; told their Pat he said he couldn't & explained to those in the office-i always get a copy-so Pat stated it would make copy. 

NOW on SUNDAY NOV. 4, 2012- THE MANOR'S UNMANLY so-called NICKOLAI SCREAMED AT ME IN THE MESS CAR ALLEY AND CALLED ME A B----!! THEN PROCEEDED TO THROW A LONG NARROW PIPE AT ME-Splashing Water on My Shoes & Cloths. . .GEE i was petrified. . .

Manor [during breakfast,lunch,dinner] has in Mess Hall weird aides serving w/o gloves the reg. servers; they also go around mess hall trying to create unwanted conversation e.g. last Fri- one odd looking aide came & asked if i had ketchup-told it to have a nice day so it gave a condescending (sic) laugh-ditto i enjoy WEALTH + laughter!

Wednesday-10/26/11-RIVERDALE MANOR-HAVE NOT REC'D PA CHECK!!-Yesterday went & asked Office-Morgan stated No Have Nothing for your birthday. . . Oh Monday 10/24 went to office and asked stating the next was my birthday-All were present The Waldners, Morgan, Pat, Martin stating well maybe it'll come the next day or be a late present-Martin stating yeah late present-Oooo-semi snide remarks from the group? Don't you luv it? Also Manor move into room another resident; older woman who has extreme personal excrement problems; therefore each time it goes to bathroom-& i have to go i wind up cleaning its mess- like i'm no ones' servant dig?

(8/25/11) i went several times to & then back the office and the Bookeeper open the door and said no one was in (spoke with Morgan a few minutes before) so i strolled passed & saw Morgan at its computer & Morgan stated maybe tomorrow; i asked maybe? Morgan goes i was sarcastic (sic) and states doesn't know whats going on... i informed was raised differently & certainly wouldn' t approached but non aggressively- i also stated it's a Grant Avenue #3H situation-Morgan responds- Ready??? "WHAT'S 3H?"- NOW REALLY?- Don't you love it?- oh wonder if MANOR got its Rent?
