Meanwhile MARTIN comes over; speaks with the fellow while JULIE is watching. He leaves & i continue to partake dinner. While leaving the mess hall + passing Julie/others- i commented UNDERSTOOD THE LION KING IS CLOSING. But wait! Around 5:00 pm MORGAN entering office- sees me & goes i was in trouble with MORGAN & i stated to MORGAN- MORGAN was in trouble with me. *Oh by the way toots-the Bronx library branch i'm using tells me they don't think my December 2005 account can be waived- so i asked why? Double speak Response:(1) didn't think it was my asked for waived fees but i have a book out from the Performing Arts Library taken out recently- i politely stated i've haven't taken out anything + unable to borrow anything since December 2005 & iasked if anyone is using my card & asked what was the name of the book- Ans: (2)Didn't think card is being used by someone else & unable to find name of the book because it's a closed stack. . . Stated it would correct the matter by saying i'm disputing the fact then turns around and (3) states- didn't think my fees would be waived but shall check again. i said thx since i've been using the place since 2006.- um 'dere.*

THE so & so raised it's voice; goes into a triad & screams to get out of his face; i was an idiot; Picks up a folder on its side of the desk- Waves it in my face & shouts get away from him-i was an idiot & he had Brains-touching its so called private parts!
Startled- i calmly asked the so & so was the Act For England and/or A Trible Ritual or somethin'.
The filth continued to produce nothingness; continuing in full capacited lobby-Waving Folder in may face i was Harrassing it!
i stepped back and turned away. . .

Around 5:00pm - i ran into Waldner in Manor's back alley about to leave- he says he didn't come back yet from The Bank yet- i asked who's he?- Nicholai-oh. Waldner proceeds go back inside to the Front Desk & wait because he was waiting for Nick too.
Ok-so i wait- i see Nick drive into alley-went back to front desk-nothing-waited another 15 minutes. Another recept. ssaid knock on back door. Knocked-No Answer- i went to alley-car still there. Decided to go to kitchen & told Nicholai just left!-
i ran to alley; saw Nick in his expensive van {Waldner already left in his}. i approached the van asking did he have the money. He goes he went to The BANK-but she forgot to give him my check-Oh really? i informed him Waldner assured he'd have the money; will give that day + i mentioned it was an Extremely Legal situation- He goes $89.00-right? Yep.
We go to Front Office; he grabbing another book to be signed-told him the Bookeeper had me sign the standard book that morning- he informed me it was the resident allowance book -oh- i signed & he paid me out of his pocket. . . Gee

While endorsing/signing the check + book i asked for a copy of replacement check-she says ok + i asked for the money.
The Bookeeper/whatever stated i'd have to wait Because The Front Office had to go the BANK- i asked if i'd get money today? Answer-Yes. Morgan gives me asked for copy & stated will get money that day! i told Morgan i will return later. i returned at 3:00pm, 4:00pm- finally Morgan comes out + remotely states I have no check for you!-ugh? i said excuse me? Then Morgan stated I Have No Cash for you- i said okay i'll come back later after dinner.]

Lunch-switched chairs- dirty silverware placed upside down- on fork dark fithly substance! The pudding in dirty small dish- switched just ate pudding -i queitly left. . . Returning to Room - opened door and the italian maintance worker is on his cell phone and walks out- like usually one of them states why in the room- Strange. . . Dinner-asked server for chicken as a replacement for wierd looking stuffed peppers-Waldner(sic) in attendance as were, Pujam, Martin + Nicholai. i waited for Approx. 40 Minutes for a plate-after waiting eventually saw server w/cart-Noticed No Plate. . . i queitly left.

Before breakfast went to Front Desk & asked the recept. Kevin from jamaica or somethin'for Waldner-he goes who was Waldner? Is he the owner? [interesting] so i said his the boss of sorts-his goes "I'm not calling him !; he's not in!- i politely corrected him & told him he was- the dude "I'm Not Calling Him; You go and get him yourself-i politely explained it was not my job and so the dude refused and said "You go get him- knock on the door!"-i knocked on the door no answer.
i went back to the Front Desk after breakfast & asked the regular recept. for Waldner -she goes she didn't think he was in-i politely corrected her-she continues she didn't think he had anything for me i informed her i have something for him & showed the check-she phones & goes he wasn't answering & to go to the back office entrance.
i went Martin outside of door & asked if Waldner in she told me to go inside & check. Susan or somethin' and Pujam in; told me door closed Waldner in a meeting. i told them to tell him i have a check for him.

It screams Miss; i turned - it goes Miss i'm speaking to you asking if I knew the whereabouts of a person- i ignored it- it continue to annoy - i told him to have a good evening... MAURICE POKES ME ON MY RIGHT ARM !!! CONTINUING TO ASK FOR A PERSON IT CLAIMED TO BE LOOKING FOR- i informed the FAGS worker- never put its hands on me ever; i continued to calmly state MAURICE have a good evening. Continuing re: yesterday Lunch - politely asked server for american cheese; okay it said- it comes back asking you want american cheese-yes. It comes back with the Manor's conception of cream cheese & sour cream... i told it {while it held the plate} i requested american cheese- i proceeded to stand placed the naptkin on the held plate and said thank you. It counters NO TAKE IT- i walked away.
So in essence I didn't eat Lunch or Dinner; my majestic mother's anniversary... Interesting Late November/December 2006 when Waldner (sic) used a Riverdale Manor check to pay me re: back PA checks - i reminded him i had yet to receive back PA money for February 2006 to September 2006- at that time he stated he would find out for me. By the way i still haven't gotten the 2006 back PA checks! Thrusday-12/25/08- Christmas Day- No check- No money- yet Manor have Rent. Late afternoon asked front desk if Morgan was in - No taking a few days off. Wednesday- 12/24/08(Christmas Eve)-Riverdale Manor-* [Yesterday 12/23/08- late afternoon Mrs. Waldner(sic) informed ck wasn't sent. . .].* This morning found The City of New York ckeck in mailbox-with my name Lendsey and room # on front of envelope; Strange ist time thats ever happened; the Waldners usually notify re: ck. About to open evelope; i noticed it partially opened; i opened it Dated 12/22/08! Turns out the Rent for the Manor. The ckeck: The City of New York-Department of Social Services: Pay To The Order of: Riverdale M FR Lendsey [#SP 59979106; #5071784-138 SNCA]. At 8:40 am or so - i returned/gave the check to Mrs. Waldner(sic); before giving her the check with message- i asked if i rec'd check- her answer No; gave her ck and asked again - she says No. The following is message attached to given check: Lendsey, rm # Happy Holidays! Wednesday- 12/24/08: To: E. Morgan + Waldners- This Morning (12/24/08-Christmas Eve) found the enclosed in rm# mailbox- with rm # on enevelope-checked name Lendsey-The City of New York-opened it- checked the amount-Wow!Checked again-It's for The Manor (Rent); my signature. . .-end of message. Funny- The Manor from time to time likes to hold checks-recent example after i wrote post 11/21/08 -went back to Manor- stayed in room then decided to go to lobby and walk around- after 15 minutes or so- Waldner's husband {didn't notify me} comes from front office stating it has money for me- brings check place it face down and blabs ( after i checked date) see it came today you've been asking for 3 days and it came today - i replied i knew he could read-he restates; i restates knew he could read; signed the book; counted money & left. Tuesday-12/23/08- Due Friday 12/19/08 (every 14 days ck sent-last ck- dated 12/5/08- rec'd 12/8/05) have not rec'd ck.! This morning shortly after 8:00 am - Susan (who i if never speak with or to) of the front office asked to speak with me - entered & she had the audacity to make an upfront request - told her no comment - quietly left - oh the Waldners(sic) and Martin were present. The Riverdale Manor -Executive Staff/Administrators, CSS/ FEGS are nil regarding legalities and apparently deaf. . . i.e. Saturday 12/20/08- Dinner time- Jane (Fegs or somethin'; from west africa or some place else; who rudely tried to placate near FEGS Monsholu Ave. office screaming "didn't you here me, I said Hello!" ignored her-oh yeah like Robinson) - This Jane comes to me, bangs table saying hello - gently informed she was not to speak to me- she grins tried again - ignored her. November 2008- NYS inspection-at the manor. . . Wednesday- 12/17/08 - Riverdale Manor dinner time. Here's a good one- Didn't eat dinner tonite. Besides constant crumbs on chair, dirty silverware [breakfast, lunch or dinner-besides missing silverware i.e using the same tablespoon for hot/cold ceral, coffee & some sort of dessert], naptkin at times; the menu this evening baked beans, spinach, and something literally looking like maneur- salibury steak. i asked for their other altenative chicken - which i usually ask for & the server Lucy from albania or something says ok- (Hey doesn't albania love W?)The other section next to my table 24 got chicken- all of a sudden when a tablemate of mine ask for chicken - the server says no more chicken. She says to me to take the plate - i didn't- she comes back and says no chicken - i queitly left. . . Tuesday- 12/16/08-Riverdale Manor FEGS' Case Manager Robinson [the one who likes to scream my name in the streets & intimated me at inpromto meetings] with a peer specialist Maurice ? yet, comes to my room (dinner time). i answered and opened the door and closed the door in their faces. The peer specialist screams was i okay? - answered yes fine. Then Robinson gets bold and screams Barbra Streisand! Told her to write down she has to inform about Barbra Streisand and put it under the door- the same way i wrote her regarding my $1000.00 or so clothing lost by the Manor in 2007. Never gave FEGS on Jerome Avenue or Riverdale Manor the number to call- but to the Director. . .! Tomorrow December 17, 2008 is My Majestic Mother's birthday- though public records have wrong year- still her birthday. (So insensitive those people). Monday-12/o8/08- Asked Riverdale Manor's Director Morgan if call was made- answer yes- i inquired what was said- answer i was a good person. . . i asked was that all mentioned? Gee this reminds of the present state of illinois mess - like what? As of today 11/21/08 have yet to receive lastest PA check. . . (power pt. -Beatles etc.) 3/06 - 11/5/08 Former Staff, Sups., Group Facilitators, Workers, Interns i.e. Bernice, Dana Davis, Buena Webber, Seth Margolies(sic), Closed Creative Writing Group co-led via Tarrytown writing expert & Seth. Seems certain staff members love Donald Trump - i don't. . . BRONX FEGS STAFF (Riverdale Manor) - Director:Bob Franco; Pych.: Choe; Social Worker: ZAPHORA (sic); Case Manager: Robinson. ( likes to scream my name in the streets; Peer Specialists i.e. John. ( 11/20/01 after trying to converse and using another resident to get my attention infromed table partner the matter very Legal and he was aware of it - he tried again today. . .). 11/22/08: Former SW Keith of guyana taunted. February 14, 2006 : Supervisor Henry Botang (sic), former Case Manager Carol Glasscow(sic), Fegs Van Driver - re: hurried shocking return to grant ave.; same day upon return to Manor- director was about to send the guy who buried my mother without me away. RIVERDALE MANOR STAFF: OWNERS: THE ELEPHANTS (sic) . Director: Ms. Eva Morgan; Waldners; Martin; Covacic & Susan orSuzanne. August 2008 to present additional personal important items and papers missing. November 26, 2008 - AM Expecting Director Morgan's call gave the director Streisand's number; later in the day Morgan and a woman i met for the 1st time came to my room- i asked Morgan if the call was made not yet- the other who introduced herself as FEGS director of riverdale (i promptedNYC or the Bronx - no the Manor- the fegs director asked questions and stated she understood i walked alot (like are they following me or somethin') - i politely replied no comment to questions have make the call. Today 12/3/08-Asked Morgan if call made- ans. No- tomorrow -12/4/08 PA ck expected- see what happens. 12/4/08- did not rec. ck! [**TOXIC FUMES! - Riverdale ManorHousekeepers wear mask via maintenace/repairs supply in rooms and hallways. umpteenth time exterminator-12/22/08. Funny or ironic - Certain Manor Exectuve staff members i.e. The Waldners, their Susan used the same lopsided methods at our Grant Ave. apartment and building hallways, court adjacent building - 977 (Price/Shendell/etc. induced**]. 12/5/08 did not get ck! Afternoon strange call from L. Martin re: ck. . . Left message for Morgan to make the call - why hasn't the call been made. . . 11/5/08 -The day after election day - Pressely extremely nasty and I verbally resigned from IPRT - informed her papers shall be presented. - [A surprise impromptu meeting held last month between Asst. Dir. Blanca, Pressely, Bryan and myself - forcing me to sign paper work and stating how long I've been there and if OMH or others came what would I say. . . politely inform them they understood the cicumstances how i arrived there and it wasn't my concern re: response cause i'm just the consumer]. Today 11/21/01 - A dr. Choe screams my name and taunt i wasn't speaking to her and didn't want to see her [same one after i arrived to the Manor 2/06 making statements it trained at Klau2 & the Kennedys for one thing]; told the short one to have a nice day. Lincoln (December 11, 2005) + Montifiore (December 12, 2005) are exactly as stated above re: FEGS + Riverdale Manor & then some. Riverdale Manor in 2009 will receive 68 or 58 Dollar Rent Increase-residents only $10.00 increase.Tomorrow Friday December 5, 2008 is my Majestic Mother's 3rd anniversary!
